TERMS AND POLICES

As an Authentic Customer And Coach (ACAC) of Richconnect MLM business
a:1. I have the right to enroll person into Richconnect MLM business scheme
b:1. If qualified, I have right to earn commission pursuant to the Richconnect MLM and compensation plan.
I agree to present the Richconnect marketing and compensation plan and Richconnect products and services as set forth in official Richconnect Literature
I agree that as an (ACAC) of Richconnect MLM business, I will be solely responsible for paying all expenses incurred by myself, including travel, feeding, lodging, secretarial, office, long distance, telephone and other expenses. I understand that I shall not be treated as an employee of Richconnect MLM business for federal or state tax purposes. Richconnect is not responsible for withholding, and shall not withhold or deduct from any bonuses and commissions, if any fiscal or tax of any kind.
I have carefully read and comply with the Richconnect MLM business scheme and procedure and compensation plan, both of which are in-coprated into and made a part of these terms and conditions, these three documents shall be collectively referred to as the “agreement”. I understand that I must be in standing, and not in violation of the agreement, to be eligible for bonuses or commission from Richconnect. I understand that these terms and conditions, the Richconnect and procedures or the Richconnect MLM business scheme and compensation plan may amended at the sole discretion of Richconnect , I AGREED to abide by all such amendments. Notification of amendments shall be posted on Richconnect website and Richconnect MLM business website. Amendment shall become effective 30 days after publication. The continuation of Richconnect or Richconnect MLM business or my acceptance of bonuses and commissions shall constitute my acceptance of any and all amendments.
The terms of this agreement is for a life time once you are active in this business. But let every Authentic Customer And Coach (ACAC) refer at least two persons so as well as to qualify for spill over bonuses and incentives. Every (ACAC) are not allowed to advertise any other product that is not approved by the company nor by our website or social gathering. Violation to any of these will result to immediate termination with the person’s rank or position and commission.
I may not assign any right or delegate my duties under the agreement with the prior written concept of Richconnect . Any attempt to transfer or assign the agreement without the express written consent of Richconnect , renders the agreement voidable at the option of Richconnect MLM business and Richconnect and may result to total termination of my business.
If I fail to comply with the terms of the agreement, Richconnect may at its decision impose upon disciplinary action as set forth in the policy and procedure. If I am in breach, defaulters or violation of the agreement, I at termination, I shall not be entitled to receive any further bonuses or commission whether or not the sales for such bonuses or commission have been completed.
Richconnect MLM business, its parent or affiliated companies, directors, officers, shareholders, employees as assigns, and agents, collectively referred to an “affiliate” shall not be liable for and I release Richconnect and its affiliate from all claims for consequential and exemplary damages for any claim or causes of action relating to the agreement. I further agree to release Richconnect LLC and its affiliate from all liability arising from or relating to the promotion or operation of my Richconnect LLC or Richconnect MLM business and any activity related to it, (Eg. The presentation of Richconnect products and Richconnect MLM business scheme and compensation plan, the operation of a motor vehicle, the lease of meeting or training facilities etc), and agree to indemnify Richconnect LLC for any liability damages, fine penalties or other awards arising from any unauthorized conduct that I undertake in operating my business.
The agreement, in its current form and as amended by Richconnect LLC at its discretion, constitutes the entire contract between Richconnect LLC and myself. Any promises, representations, offers or other communication not expressly set forth in the agreement are of not force or effect.
Any waiver by the Richconnect LLC of the agreement must be in writing and signed by an authorized of Richconnect LLC. Waiver by Richconnect LLC of any breach of the agreement by me shall not operate or constructed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
If any provision of the agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the balance of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the state of Nigeria without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. All disputes and claims relating to Richconnect and Authentic Customer And Coach (ACAC) agreement, the Richconnect multi level marketing (MLM) business scheme and compensation plan and its products and services, the right and obligations of an independent member and Richconnect LLC or any other claims or cause of action relating to the performance of either any independent member or Richconnect LLC under the agreement or the Richconnect LLC policies and procedures shall be settled totally and finally arbitration in Anambra state and beyond as Richconnect LLC prescribes, in accordance to the federal rule of civil procedure. All issues related to arbitration shall be governed by the federal arbitration act. The decision of arbitration shall be and binding on the parties may, if necessary be reduced to a Judgment in any court of competent Jurisdiction. The prevailing party shall be entitled to receive from the losing party, or each part to the arbitration shall be responsible for its own cost and expenses of arbitration, including legal and filling fees. This agreement to arbitration shall survive any termination or expiration of the agreement. Nothing in the agreement shall prevent Richconnect from applying to and obtaining from any court having jurisdiction a writ of attachment, garnishment, temporary injunction, preliminary injunction permanent injunction or other equitable relief available to safeguard and protect its interest prior to, during or following the filling of any arbitration or other proceeding or pending the rendition of a decision or award in connection with any arbitration or other proceeding.
The parties consent to jurisdiction and venue before any federal or state court in Nigeria, for purpose of enforcing an award by any other matter not subject to arbitration.
If an (ACAC) wishes to bring an action against Richconnect LLC for any act or omission relating to arising from the agreement, such action must be brought within one year from the date of the alleged conduct giving rise to the cause of action. Failure to bring such action within such time shall bar all claims any Richconnect LLC for such act or omission.(ACAC) waive all claims that any other statutes of limitation apply.
I authorize Richconnect LLC to use my name, photograph, personal story and or likeness in advertising or promotional materials and waive all claims for remuneration for such use.
A faxed copy of the agreement shall be treated as an original in all respects. I have carefully read the terms and conditions on this application and agreement, the Richconnect and Richconnect MLM business scheme policies and procedure and compensation plan, and agree to abide by all terms set forth in these documents. I understand the right to terminate my Richconnect LLC independent business at any time with or without reason, by sending written notice to the company at the above listed address.
